Entire and independent house classified 4 stars (by the Ministry of Tourism) in a quiet area with a pretty wooded and enclosed garden, its terrace and its jacuzzi at the gates of Lyon. The House can accommodate up to 6 adults (and 2 babies). Accommodation: on the ground floor, spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room with wood stove; 1 utility room with washing machine/dryer, 1 toilet and sink. 2 bedrooms upstairs: 1 bedroom with king size bed and dressing room (and 1 cot possible), 1 bedroom with king size bed that can be divided into 2 beds of 90 cm and an addition of 1 adult bed 80 cm (equivalent of 3 beds single adult) (and 1 cot possible). 1 bathroom with bath/shower and 1 WC. 250m2 garden with dining area and jacuzzi. 2 private, outdoor and secure parking spaces.
