Pleasant renovated house not far from the village of PINSAC In the Quercy Dordogne valley, on our farm near Souillac, we renovated our Fournil into a gîte in 2021. Quiet and spacious, furnished with taste and refinement, it welcomes 4 people all year round for rest, pleasure and discovering our beautiful region. GROUND FLOOR : - fully equipped kitchen opening onto the dining room, - authentic period bakehouse converted into a sitting room (cool in summer), - shower room, separate WC and shed. FIRST FLOOR : - bedroom 1 with 160 cm bed, - bedroom 2 with two 90 cm beds, - small reading room on the landing, - water point and separate WC OUTSIDE : - private courtyard (garden furniture and barbecue) bordered by a hedge overlooking the courtyard of our farm, - parking for 2 cars. We are retired and live on the farm. We will therefore be available for your needs and requests while respecting your independence. Gastronomy with Le Château de la Treyne * (1 km), Le Pont de l'Ouysse * (5 km), etc. Numerous farmers' markets (rocamadour cheese, Quercy farm lamb, foie gras, melon, Cahors wine, etc.) and other local produce. Train and A20 motorway (exit 55) at Souillac 6 km Brive airport 30 km away
