Description
Come and discover our 32 m² house in a residence with heated pool, multisport field (ping-pong, basketball, pétanque), and catering. It consists of a covered terrace, a living area with an open kitchen to the living/dining room, a bathroom with toilet, and two bedrooms, one with 2 beds of 80 and one with a bed of 140. Features: * The residence is located halfway between the beaches on the east of the island (Plage de Plaisance, Plage de la Gautrelle) and the west (Plage de la Biroire, Plage de la Cotinière, Plage de Vert Bois which is a surfing beach). * Bike paths are accessible from the residence, allowing for beautiful walks in the nearby marshes. * Covered and heated pool from April 8, 2024, to September 31. * I provide bicycles, bodyboards, fishing nets, and a basket for collecting seafood. * Near the "Les Jardins de St Pierre" residence, there is a garden-side restaurant, the Saint Pierre market and its town center within walking distance, the golf course, and an aerodrome. * Baby Equipment: The chalet is equipped with a cot and a high chair. Holiday vouchers are accepted. * Bed linens, beddings, and towels are to be provided by the tenant. * Bed linen and towel rental available upon request for 40€. * Cleaning option 50€. * Near La Rochelle, Royan, Rochefort, La Tremblade, Saintes, Île de Ré, Île Madame, Zoo de la Palmyre. On the island of Oléron: visit to the Chassiron lighthouse, Saint-Trojan's little train, the salt marshes, the port of Saint Denis, the Château d’Oléron and its shops, the Port de la Cotinière, and Saint Denis d'Oléron.
