The gîte has a large bedroom with a double bed, as well as a second double bed in the living room, with a large wardrobe. The bright living room has a comfortable sofa for relaxing. The functional bathroom has a large shower and washbasin. Separate toilet. The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your meals: oven, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle and toaster. Outside, enjoy a private terrace with electric awning, garden furniture and gas barbecue, as well as a green area ideal for relaxing or sharing meals with family and friends. Ideally situated for outdoor activities, the gîte is at the crossroads of many tourist attractions. Take advantage of the nearby footpaths and mountain bike trails. - Just two minutes from the start of the Voie Verte de la Vallée du Rabodeau, a route laid out on a former railway line that invites you to enjoy some great walks with your family or friends.
