The location is perfect, at 150 meters from Saint-Alexandre Park, at 300 meters from shops and marcket, at 900 meters from Port-Blanc beach. Independant house (peaceful surroundings ) for 10 persons : Ground floor : isolated kitchen well-equiped (fridge, freezer, hoven), back kitchen (whasher and dryer), lightly living room opening on to the garden, 1 bedroom for 2 persons (140cm wide), Shower room, independant toilets. Upper floor : 3 bedrooms for 2 persons (140cm wide), 1 bedroom for 2 persons (2 x 90cm wide), 1 large shower room, independant toilets. Facilities and services : TV, internet, WI-FI, washer and drier, home appliances (raclette grill, wafle maker, electric mixer). Bed linen included and beds made on arrival. Baby equipment and dog allowed under necessary supervision. The outsides : Large terrace with a set of garden furniture, enclosed wooded garden of 800m². Table tennis and basketball court at Saint-Alexandre Park (150m far). Many outdoor games). Private parking for 3-4 cars.
