The gite "Kergoat " is the countryside at in between Brest (10km) the Pays des Abers and the pays d'Iroise. From the gite , you can join walking trails.A private garden with the old well from the farm.Shops at 3 km , Brest 10 km, Beaches 15 km. House for 2/3 persons Ground floor : equipped kitchen ( fridge freezer, dish washer, oven , micro wawe, dining room , bathroom ( wasing machine , drying machine) , toilets, 1 bedroom ( bed: 1,60 x 2,00 m). 1st floor : 2 beds ( 1,90x 0,90m) on the mezzanine Outside : wooden terrace, garden lounge, barbecue, private garden, private parking Prices per week: 450 € : July 9th to August 20th 410 €: July 2d to 9th and August 20th to 27th 330 €: : 9 april to the 2 of july and and from 28th August to 24th of september ,20 october to the 5th november - 17th december to 7th january 290 € : low season additional charges: tourist tax: 0,80 euro per adult per day electricity : 8kw per day included options : to ask before arrival cleaning at the end : 60 euros towels : 7 euros per person
