Description

The holiday apartment called "La Malouine Bleue" is situated in the very heart of the Saint Servan, a lively district from Saint-Malo. The location is ideal : shops, restaurants, market, 10 meters from the beach. The fortified city of Saint-Malo is within easy walking distance. Completely renovated and tastefully furnished, it is located on the 2nd floor of a very quiet residence. Several apartments have been fitted out into a fisherman's old house dated from the 19th century.  You will appreciate the view over the little harbor called Les Bas Sablons, and the old city of Saint-Malo.   * Apartment at the 2nd floor for 3 people :  Entrance halll with hanging space for coats, a fitted kitchen (dishwasher, hoven, micro-wave, combined refrigerator-freezer), an independant bedroom for 2 persons (160 cm wide). A corridor leads to a living room with a view to the seaside, a shower room with WC.  A convertible chair provides extra bedding for 1 people in the living room.  * Facilities and services :  TV, laundry, Bath linen  and Bed linen included and beds made on arrival. Private cellar in the basement with a direct access to the beach. Ideal to store bicycles, paddle, kayak, stroller, etc.  You can find a free parking area right next to the building. * The owners :  Marylène and Christophe welcome you warmly in this apartment that they renovated. Special touches, visiting advices, good adresses and local specialities to taste are wating for you arrival.  English spoken. * Extra charges : - Stay taxes : 1,35€ per adult / night (classified furnished of tourism 3 stars) - Cleaning: no extra charge, please leave the flat as you found it. A Covid disinfection is automatically carried out. Minimum duration of the stay : 4 to 7 nights depending on the period
