In winter: Snow sports enthusiasts will be delighted by the extent and variety of the ski area. Experienced lovers of steep slopes and powder snow are guaranteed thrills, as are beginners who can easily marvel at the immensity of our landscapes. By linking the Saint François Longchamp and Valmorel ski areas, you can access the "Grand Domaine", now the 5th largest in Savoie, with its 165km of pistes, 50 ski lifts, 90 runs and 315 snow cannons. For those looking for more than just skiing and snowboarding, there's a whole host of activities on offer, including aqua-gym, snowshoeing, paragliding, horse-drawn carriage rides, dog sledding, ski touring, 4-season sledging, a Big Airbag area (accessible on skis or special sledges) for freestyle skiing, a boarder cross track and slopes style.
