Argoat is an old farm in the countryside. A very quiet place with a private garden and a big garden with games behind for the children.Within 30 mn you reach many beaches north west or south . Shops at 6 km. "la récré des 3 curés " is only 2 km away. Terraced house Ground floor: equipped kitchen ( fridge , freezer, dish washer , oven, micowawe..).Dining room with chemney, bathroom ( washing and drying machine).Toilets. 1 bedroom ( bed 1.4x1.9m) Upstairs : 1 bedroom ( 3 single beds or & double bed( 2Mx1,80M) an 1 single bed. 1 bedroom : 2 single beds. Coming from RENNES (RN12 expressway) : Gouesnou exit to Gouesnou D788 Then follow the D67 for about 3km towards Saint-Renan At the crossroads between the D67 and the D26, take the D26 towards Plouguin-Ploudalmézeau (follow the signs to La Récré des 3 Curés). The gîte is 2 km from this crossroads. Follow the small road for 800 m and then follow the signs for the gite rural kérézéon. Coming from QUIMPER (RN165 expressway) : After the Pont de l'Iroise, take the Brest Nord exit Take the Rocade Nord as far as Gouesnou From Gouesnou, follow the route described above
