Ideally located, about 40 m², on the top floor of a small residence of 3 floors with elevator, 500m from the Arcachon basin, 1.5km from the center of Arcachon, shuttle in front of the apartment to quickly get to the city center. Very bright living room, with custom built-in kitchen, very well equipped. Sofa bed (2.00 X 1.40 m). The room is equipped with 2 bunk beds (custom made). The WC is separate. The bathroom has a washing machine, a bathtub and plenty of storage space. Parking is located in the residence. A large box is at your disposal (possibility to store 4 bikes). The location of the apartment is ideal to access the Pereire beach without using the car, the tennis club of Arcachon is 100m away, enjoy a hydrotherapy area and a Spa Thalasso, Thalazur 200m away.

I've been running a guest house in the Dordogne for 15 years now: La Maison de Léopold ([l'échange de vos coordonnées n'est pas autorisée]), and I wanted to rent out this flat, which we acquired in 2021, so that I could enjoy a haven of rest outside the peak tourist season.
