Description

Situated a stone's throw from cycle paths and footpaths, this former workshop has been completely renovated into a holiday home with a beautiful interior space and a landscaped courtyard not overlooked. You'll find a terrace with shade sails, table and deckchairs to enjoy the summer. There is also space for storing your bikes. Built on one level, it comprises a sleeping area with two bedrooms with double beds (140cm), a shower room and separate toilet, and a mezzanine bedroom with two single beds (90cm) (ceiling height less than 1.80m). This configuration means that the house is suitable for 2 couples and 2 children. The living area comprises a large entrance hall, a lounge and a vast, fully-equipped kitchen/living room with access to a utility room. From the kitchen you have access to an enclosed patio with barbecue and sink, so you can cook outside in fine weather. You'll love the proximity of nature, the centre of Noirmoutier en l'ile, its market and its summer entertainment. Cleaning package: €80 extra. Heating is extra in low season: a meter reading will be taken at the end of your stay.
