Tiled garage with 2nd sink, washing machine/dryer, shower and storage space. A 40 m2 terrace covered by an electric awning adjoins the enclosed garden. A 2nd terrace on the enclosed courtyard side is also very pleasant. Both are equipped with garden furniture, sun loungers and armchairs, as well as a barbecue. 2 vehicles can park in our private car park. 8 adult and children's bicycles, baby equipment: folding bed, high chair, deckchair, bathtub, bicycle seat, wifi connection are available.
