Description

LAST AVAILABILITY FOR SEPTEMBER - OCTOBER This former restaurant has been completely renovated to become a comfortable and tastefully decorated flat. Located on the ground floor, Douceur Marine has the advantage of being on one level. It has plenty of natural light thanks to its large windows, and offers uninterrupted views of the sea, the Rocher de Cancale and the Île des Rimains in Cancale. In a very quiet part of Cancale, you have direct access to the sea and the customs path. The natural sea swimming pool and the beach are just a few metres away. Shops, restaurants and the Place de l'Eglise are a 10-minute walk away. This recently renovated flat sleeps 4 people. * GROUND FLOOR: - Entrance hall with wardrobe and storage space, then large living room with sitting area with television, sitting area and fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (large capacity fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, etc.). - Separate bedroom for 2 people (large bed 160x200 cm). - Bathroom with bath - Separate WC. - A 2nd relaxation area with a sea view can also be converted into a comfortable bed for 2 people (bed 140x200 cm). * Outside : Enjoy the sea view and direct access to the beaches. Private parking just a few metres from the rental property. A covered shed and an enclosed shed, both shared by the residence, are available for storing bikes, paddleboards and other equipment (access via stairs). * Facilities and services : TV, washing machine, dishwasher, wi-fi available free of charge. Linen, sheets and made-up beds available for hire. Three deckchairs, board games, * The owner : Rachel, a keen interior decorator and photographer, has tastefully furnished this flat. Formerly a restaurant, it was a well-known address for the people of Calais, where she used to go as a child. She is now very keen to help you enjoy the view and the calm offered by the place. Additional charges Visitor's tax (compulsory): €2.05 per adult/night (4-star tourist accommodation). End-of-stay cleaning: Compulsory or €30 if the flat cannot be returned in the same condition as when you arrived. Minimum stay: 7 nights _At the western end of the Bay of Mont-Saint-Michel, Cancale offers numerous hiking trails (including the GR 34, the customs path), beaches, splendid panoramas at the Pointe du Grouin or on its islands and its famous oyster beds. The oyster market is open all year round, where you can sample oysters in style! The Cordes tree adventure course, for young and old alike, is within walking distance, as is La Ferme Marine, a museum where you can discover the secrets of Cancale oysters. _

She offers two holiday accommodations with a sea view, located in some of Cancale's must-see spots: the Port (Saveur Marine accommodation) and the famous Abri des flots cove on the GR 34 (Douceur Marine accommodation). With their stylish, contemporary decor, functional layout, quality facilities and location, these two accommodations are ideal for an unforgettable stay in this pretty corner of the Emerald Coast... close to the sea, the town centre, the port and the main attractions in the surrounding area (Saint-Malo, Dinard, Dinan...).
