Studio for 2 people on the 1st floor of a secure residence with lift: Comprising: fully-equipped kitchen with bar (combined freezer, oven and microwave, induction hob, filter and Senseo coffee maker, Italian coffee maker, toaster, etc.), living room with lift-up coffee table for eating on the sofa, living room with folding table and chairs, a sleeping area separated by blackout curtains with a 160x200 bed and a dressing room. Shower room with WC. Facilities and services: TV, WIFI Internet, washing machine, bed linen and towels provided, bed made on arrival.
