Located in Cancale and with a large garden planted with trees and entirely closed, the house l'Armoricaine is perfect for a stay with family or friends. Mixing old and new, l'Armoricaine offers you all the comfort for a pleasant stay near the town centre and only 2 KM from the beach. This house of character is an ideal base for visiting Cancale and its surroundings which are no less interesting. _The assets of my holiday home with garden :_ - Its ideal location for visiting Cancale and going to the beach; - Its large, fully enclosed garden; - Its courtyard for parking cars; - Its proximity to shops (Super U, bakery) at only 1 KM. _The inside of my holiday home with garden :_ The house is composed of a fully equipped independent kitchen. The living room, adjoining the kitchen, has a 2-seater sofa with 2 armchairs where you can settle down to watch television. A glass door gives light to this room and allows access to the large garden. On the first floor, there are two spacious bedrooms. One, overlooking the garden, is equipped with a 160 X 200 bed and a wardrobe. The other room, overlooking the courtyard, has two 90 X 200 beds and a desk. L'Armoricaine has two bathrooms with a walk-in shower and a single washbasin bathroom cabinet. The house also has two toilets. _The outside of my holiday home with garden :_ L'armoricaine has a beautiful exterior of 1000 m2, an ideal playground for children. If the garden is shared with the adjoining property, the terrace is well delimited by wooden fences to preserve your privacy. On sunny days, there are garden furniture and deckchairs for your meals or to relax. To be noted : - Linen is optional at 20€ / person. The linen kit includes bed linen and 1 large and 1 small towel / person - House adjoining another rental. The houses share the large garden of 1000 m2 but each has its own terrace separated by wooden fences to preserve the privacy of each.
