This lovely 32 m² studio has recently been tastefully renovated. It is the successor of a former restaurant, called _Le Cap Horn_. You will appreciate its charming 1920's façade from the private and hidden courtyard. It is located in the heart of Dinard, in a dynamic area, 20 meters from the Boulangerie Joyeux, close to Les Halles (700 meters) and the beaches of Dinard (1 km). Stowed away, it does not encroach on the living area. * Sanitary facilities A shower room with a walk-in shower and WC. * The exterior Pleasant private courtyard of 12 m². With garden furniture and parasol. Without opposite from the street (tinted glass). No internet access. Pets are not allowed * The owner : Jean-Claude will welcome you personally on your arrival.
