This traditional Breton house welcomes you to the Pays des Abers in a quiet location 700 metres from the beach, accessible by car or on foot via a footpath. The village is 1.8 km away. You'll find a small supermarket and all the local shops (bakeries, butchers, delicatessens, tobacconists, chemists, etc.). The Pays des Abers is a great place to visit: don't miss the Aber Wrac'h and Aber Benoit, two remarkable natural sites, or the lighthouse on Ile Vierge, the highest lighthouse in Europe! The gîte is typical of the Abers region. In the past, the inhabitants of this coastline were fishermen, small farmers and goëmoniers, and they lived in this type of building. It is situated in a quiet location and faces south. It's functional and comfortable, and the veranda at the entrance is a great place to relax. The ground floor comprises a living room, a fitted kitchen, a bedroom, a shower room and a toilet. Upstairs, there are 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a WC. Outside, 2 terraces, one on each side, let you enjoy the sunshine all day long. You can also relax or play your favourite summer games on the lawn area. The commune of Landéda, in the heart of the Abers region, is renowned for its dunes, fine sandy beaches and numerous footpaths, including the GR 34. You can go cycling, try your hand at water sports or try your hand at fishing. You can also try your hand at seafood by buying from the various fish ponds in the commune, or having lunch in one of the many restaurants in the port of l'aber wrach (crêperies, pizzerias, gourmet restaurants, etc.). Rentals are by the week from June to September inclusive. It is possible to rent for a minimum of 2 nights outside this period, with a flexible arrival date. Rental includes water, electricity, household linen (sheets, towels, tea towels). A cot, baby chair, changing table and pushchair are available, as are bicycles. Kayaks are available on loan. Board games and books are also available. If you wish to stay with your pets, please consult the owners beforehand.
