This house is ideally situated in a peaceful setting in the heart of a Finistère village. All shops are within walking distance..... Close to the beaches and the many coastal paths of the GR34. You'll also find plenty of places to visit and things to do in the Pays des Abers: the Ile Vierge lighthouse, the Musée des Goémoniers, the Route des Phares, Aber Wrac'h, and excursions to the islands of Ouessant and Molène. Bike hire 20 metres from the house. Detached house for 6 people: Ground floor: fitted kitchen (combined freezer, dishwasher, microwave, etc.), living room, shower room with WC. 1st Floor: 1 bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed and en-suite shower room, 2 bedrooms each with 1 x 140cm bed, separate WC. Facilities and services: Washing machine, TV, stereo, free wifi, cot + equipment, bed linen and towels provided. Outside amenities : Enclosed garden and parking close to the house, garden furniture, barbecue. Weekly rates : 750 €: High season 500 €: Mid season 350 €: Low season (plus electricity charges from October to April) Short stay rates Supplements : Tourist tax (compulsory): 1.00 € /day/adult Cleaning charge (compulsory): €80 Pets accepted under certain conditions: 1 small dog or cat accepted.20 €/ stay
