Description
The place des Ormes is an oasis of preserved greenery, with an old farm body, an organic orchard, a permaculture vegetable garden and a large park. Our project is dedicated to the transition of our society towards more human and environmental resilience. It is unique in the territory because of its specificity of bringing together in one place: martial arts and permaculture, cultural programming and a sustainable tourism activity, a shared habitat and the preservation of local biodiversity.

In fusion with nature, the POD is a simple wooden cabin concept that meets the need for a return to nature and the essential. It is an eco-friendly construction using only natural construction and insulation materials. Comfortable and spacious, it is equipped with electricity and heating and can offer up to 3 beds. Wonderfully enigmatic, these cabins are beautiful in their simplicity. They have a real presence without ever imposing themselves… The 3 small huts are located in the middle of our orchard. You will find apple trees, pear trees, cherry trees, raspberries and blackcurrants. These 3 pods consist of a room with a bed with all the necessary bedding. A small electric heating, a window and a door. Outside there is a terrace with garden furniture to relax. There is a key for each pod. When you arrive, we give you the key. Please return it to us when you leave. You will find the instructions for heating in your pod.

Lac du Der-Chantecoq (à env. 50 min) : grand lac artificiel d’Europe, plage, sports nautiques, ornithologie (migration des grues cendrées). Balades dans la plaine champenoise : paysages agricoles, petits villages typiques. 🏰 Patrimoine et culture Châlons-en-Champagne (20–25 min) : Collégiale Notre-Dame-en-Vaux (classée UNESCO). Cloître du couvent des Récollets. Balades en barque sur les canaux. Reims (45 min) : Cathédrale Notre-Dame de Reims (UNESCO). Palais du Tau et basilique Saint-Remi. Musées (beaux-arts, automobile, etc.). Vitry-le-François (30 min) : église Notre-Dame-de-l’Assomption, promenades au bord de la Marne. 🍇 Vin et gastronomie Route touristique du Champagne (accessible depuis Épernay, Reims ou Châlons). Visite de caves, dégustation de champagne et produits locaux. Plan d’accès à Coupéville (Marne) 1. En avion Aéroport Paris–Charles-de-Gaulle (Roissy-CDG) : environ 1h30 en voiture, ou TGV jusqu’à Reims puis route vers Coupéville. Aéroport de Paris-Vatry (dans la Marne) : vols charters et low-cost. Situé à environ 40 minutes de route de Coupéville. Aérodrome de Reims-Prunay ou Écury-sur-Coole : réservé aux avions légers. 2. En train Coupéville n’a pas de gare. Les gares les plus proches sont Châlons-en-Champagne (à ~25 km) et Reims (à ~40 km). Depuis ces gares, il faut prévoir un taxi, VTC ou une voiture. 3. En bus Réseau régional de bus dans la Marne, mais Coupéville n’est pas directement desservi. Possibilité d’arriver en bus jusqu’à Châlons-en-Champagne ou Reims, puis voiture/taxi pour rejoindre Coupéville. 4. En voiture Coupéville est traversée par la D1 (liaison Saint-Jean-sur-Moivre – Marson – Châlons-en-Champagne). Par le sud, accès via la D860 (vers Vanault-le-Châtel et Saint-Amand-sur-Fion). Distances approximatives : Depuis Reims : ~40 km, environ 45 minutes. Depuis Châlons-en-Champagne : ~25 km, environ 25 minutes. Parking disponible à la mairie (Place de la Mairie). 5. Taxis / VTC Présents dans la région (Châlons, Reims, villages voisins). Pratique pour la liaison gare ↔ Coupéville.
