Ideal for holidays, this single-storey house has a garden with terrace and private parking. It is located 1 km from the shops and 3.5 km from the beach. The footpath to the beach is 30 m from the house. Guidel has 110 km of footpaths, not forgetting the GR34. Near the house, there is also a bus service to take you directly to the beaches or to Lorient. Guidel Plage offers a wide range of water-based activities, including swimming, surfing, jet skiing, quad biking, merry-go-rounds and children's games, as well as shops. And don't forget the markets and festivals, the best-known of which is the Lorient Interceltic Festival. Guidel also has a theatre, a municipal swimming pool and a wildlife park 15 minutes away - "Les Terres de Nataé". Guidel is well placed for visiting Southern Brittany. Morbihan: Lorient 15 minutes away, Erdeven 40 minutes, Carnac 45 minutes, Vannes 50 minutes, Quiberon 1 hour, La Gacilly and Rochefort en Terre 1 hour 15 minutes and also the Breton islands (Groix, Belle-île en mer).
