Welcome to Parenthèse Agenaise, This holiday home is nestled in the heart of the peaceful countryside of Lot-et-Garonne, near Agen. Ideally located between the dynamic cities of Bordeaux and Toulouse, this house offers a summer getaway with family or friends. Surrounded by greenery and without any vis-à-vis, our house invites you to enjoy a breathtaking view of the surrounding landscapes. Perfectly designed to accommodate up to 6 people, it has three comfortable bedrooms. Two bedrooms are on the ground floor (one bed 160 and two beds 90). The third (a bed 140) is located on the ground floor accessible by a few steps. Relax on one of our two sunny terraces or enjoy the private above ground pool and barbecue. Why not try the fitness room equipped with an elliptical bike and light weight equipment? The 500m2 garden offers a peaceful green space, while the petanque court invites you to play with family or friends. Inside, you will find a bathroom and separate toilets. The fully equipped kitchen will allow you to prepare delicious meals. The rental is equipped with wifi. End of stay cleaning is included. Sheets, linens and toilet are provided.
