Description
In the countryside around Niort, in the south of the Gâtine region, this gîte offers rest, relaxation and the chance to discover an agricultural area with a rich architectural and gastronomic heritage. Thanks to its location: at the gateway to the Poitevin marshes, three quarters of an hour from the Charente coast and its islands, equidistant from the Puy du Fou and the Futuroscope, your stay can be adapted to suit all tastes: cycling or walking, boat trips, fishing, the pleasures of the ocean. Come and stay in the peace and quiet of this fully renovated former farmhouse. Two outdoor areas are available for outdoor meals or just relaxing. A heated swimming pool set in a huge enclosed lawned area will ensure you have a great time. This 70 square metre house comprises a ground floor with an open-plan kitchen/living room/lounge, wc and shower room. Upstairs, a landing leads to three bedrooms, one with a double bed (140cm), one with two single beds (90cm) and one with a single bed (90cm). Babies can be accommodated: there is a safety barrier on either side of the staircase. An enclosed garage of limited height is available. The large courtyard, enclosed by a gate, allows children to play freely. Household linen, towels and bed linen are provided at no extra charge. The cleaning service is also included in the price. We accept holiday vouchers. On your arrival, we will be on hand to hand over the keys, give you a tour of the house and answer any questions you may have, so please don't hesitate to contact us.
