I rent my 135m² house, very functional, with a large living room (fully equipped open-plan kitchen, dining room, living room) that is bright and very pleasant, opening onto a large terrace with a covered courtyard on lovely landscaped grounds of 1500m². Close to beaches, numerous indoor games for children (table football, darts, board games) & outdoor games (trampoline, molky, Breton palaces, pétanque, table tennis, badminton). IMPORTANT: Please contact me BEFORE booking to make sure that I have a cleaning solution and that no-one occupies the INDEPENDENT suite if you wish to be alone. GROUND FLOOR : - BEDROOM_1: 1 bedroom with 160cm double bed and en-suite shower room. - FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN (induction hob, dishwasher, oven, multifunction microwave, fridge, MAGIMIX food processor) - DINING ROOM: table seating 8, library, board games - LIVING ROOM: TV, home cinema, DVD player with several dozen DVDs, Livebox, grand piano, guitars, drums. - 1 separate WC under the stairs FLOOR : - BEDROOM_2: 1 bedroom with 140 cm double bed - OFFICE: adjoining BEDROOM_2, 1 small office with 1 single bed (90 x 200 cm). It does not count as the room is less than 7m2. - BEDROOM_3: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140 x 200 cm). - MEZZANINE: 1 sofa for reading. You will also find a table football, a dart board, Spirou and Gaston comics etc. - 1 large BATHROOM with ironing board and steam generator - 1 separate WC On the TERRACE (over 60m², 35m² of which is covered by a covered area): a large table for lunch in the shade or in the sun as you wish, barbecue, and a large wooden box with games (molky, pétanque, palets bretons etc). Landscaped garden with trees, a large trampoline and a tree house for the children. Depending on the season, you can pick vegetables (courgettes, cherry tomatoes), fruit (redcurrants, blackcurrants, raspberries, blueberries) and aromatic plants (lemon verbena, mints, marjoram, etc) in the vegetable garden. Private parking for 2 cars. No problem parking on the street if more than 2 cars. There is always plenty of space. BACK KITCHEN with double sink and freezer. UTILITY: accessible via the scullery, a washing machine and tumble dryer + 2 clotheslines. The latter are very efficiently placed behind the bay windows in the dining room. Thank you for choosing the ecological option whenever possible ;-) GARAGE: table tennis table, bicycles can be made available. IMPORTANT: depending on the date of your stay, I may occupy the adjoining room (independent suite) which is accessed via the terrace. Don't worry, I'll be discreet and let you enjoy the house to the full. However, it's likely that we'll bump into each other on the terrace or in the garden, as I'm the gardener... ;-). I may need access to the scullery and laundry room for a bit of washing up and laundry. If you'd like to chat, I'd be delighted to do so.
