Chalet Les Noisetiers, between Rochesson and the Gérardmer ski slopes, with beautiful views of the Massif, 2.5 km from the centre of Rochesson, 7 km from Lake Gérardmer. Entrance with conservatory, pleasant in the off-season, 1 separate master bedroom, double bed 160X200, and en-suite shower room with shower and washing machine. Separate toilet. Pellet stove in hallway. Open-plan fitted and equipped kitchen, continuous living room and beautiful lounge with television and free Wi-Fi. From the lounge, access to the large enclosed terrace. Upstairs: 2 separate bedrooms, the first with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and 2 single beds (90 x 200 cm), and the second, smaller bedroom with 1 bed (140 x 190 cm). Mezzanine with study area. Outside: private parking for 2/3 cars, 40 m² terrace with barbecue and deckchairs. Adjoining garden. For babies: baby high chair, cot, baby bath, booster seat... The main heating system is electric, the pellet stove is a complement, it is filled and a bucket is provided for your arrival. (Possibility of buying pellets from the owner at 6.00 € the bag of 15 kg) to ask the concierge. EDF charge and tourist tax 1.30 € per day and per adult are extra. Pets are welcome at no extra charge.
