The advantages of the accommodation
Description
Completely renovated and air-conditioned flat, in a very quiet residence, close to nature and far from the crowds, but only 15 minutes walk from the centre and the beach, along a pedestrian path, without any difference in level (accessible by bike, scooter, pushchair, etc.). Numerous signposted walking routes start at the foot of the residence (towards Tour Madeloc, Consolation, sentier du littoral, GR 10, etc.). The flat, located on the 1st and top floor, is very bright with an unobstructed view of the green spaces reserved for the residence and the surrounding hills (no overlooking, no view of the road, no noise pollution). A private parking space awaits you at the entrance to the residence, which also has a secure bicycle/stroller room. The landscaped areas around the residence are freely accessible. The flat sleeps 5 and comprises a spacious separate entrance with 2 storage cupboards. A door leads to a large, bright living room opening onto a shaded terrace where you can relax and enjoy your meals (table, chairs, electric grill). The very modern kitchen/dining area is fully equipped (dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, induction hob, extractor fan, oven, microwave, Tassimo coffee machine) and is complemented by a range of small appliances (toaster, kettle, blender, food scales, raclette machine, crêpes, croque-monsieurs, etc.). The crockery, utensils and pots and pans are recent and very varied. The table is mobile (can be slid under a work surface so as not to get in the way during the day) and is extendable thanks to 2 built-in extensions (allows 8 place settings). Baby high chair and child booster seat optional. The living area includes a Rapido sofa that sleeps 2, with excellent bedding, as well as a TV, DVD player, WIFI access, coffee table and a very large wall wardrobe (converted into a dressing room). There is a separate WC and a shower room with washing machine, walk-in shower and plenty of storage space (cupboards, glass wardrobe, hairdryer, etc.). The completely renovated interior is also very modern. Other useful facilities include an ironing board and iron, a large tumble dryer with clothes pegs, a hoover with broom, a bucket and mop with spin dryer... The master bedroom, with access to a balcony (still peaceful and quiet thanks to the view over the garden and hills), has a 140cm bed (excellent bedding) and a large wall wardrobe (dressing area). Possibility of installing a folding bed for a small child. A second, very bright bedroom has a 90cm bed (excellent bedding) and access to the terrace. All the rooms and the separate entrance have plenty of storage space (cupboards, wardrobes, etc.) and are air-conditioned. A full range of new baby equipment (Bébéconfort brand) can be provided as an option (reclining and very comfortable pushchair, bed with real mattress, high chair, booster seat, changing mat, bath bouncer, WC reducer, etc.). Price _ per night varies according to the equipment required and_ decreasing rate according to the number of__ nights_ (please contact me directly for a precise price). Cleaning at the end of your stay is charged at 100 euros. Sheets, towels and kitchen linen are optional. - Bed linen: 10 euros per item - Bathroom linen: 10 euros per person (1 large towel, 1 small towel and 1 bath mat) - Kitchen linen: 10 euros per stay with 1 hand towel, 1 dish towel, etc... Possibility of early arrival or late departure at extra cost. Collioure SNCF train station is 1 km away and a transfer is available on request. The little extra: An owner living in Collioure, who is available for you from the moment you arrive, which also allows flexibility in arrival and departure times, and who is very responsive if necessary during your stay. This rental is totally managed by the owner, which guarantees you a complete and meticulous clean before your arrival (change of bed covers, pillow cases, cleaning of bay windows, etc.). Originally from Collioure, she will be able to advise you on all outings, activities and events on all themes throughout the department. A few details to help you get to the rental property located at the Résidence Vallée du Douy 15 chemin San Jaume Building B, 1st floor, flat no. 40 66 190 Collioure ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Arriving from Perpignan on the D914 dual carriageway, take exit 13 towards Le Racou, Collioure par la corniche. At the second roundabout, take the D114 towards Collioure par la corniche. Once you have passed the first roundabout at the entrance to Collioure, continue straight on to get to the town centre and you will find a road on your RIGHT, indicated by 2 signs: MAISON DE RETRAITE and Avenue DELCOS. Take this street on your right (before the ROQUE and DESCLAUX anchovy shops). Continue straight ahead along this road, passing several speed bumps (you will pass the retirement home on your right). A little further on, you will find the Vallée du Douy residence on your LEFT (just before a sharp bend to the left over a small bridge). You can use the 2 photos on the Clévacances website of the outside of the residence and the car park to identify the pink building with brown shutters and a large palm tree and the parking spaces in front.
