You will be close to Mont-Dol, Dol-de-Bretagne and Mont-Saint-Michel to the east, and Cancale and Saint-Malo to the west. The house - which can accommodate up to 15 people on 3 levels - consists of : * Ground floor: - An entrance hall with wardrobe - A living room with a large dining table - A kitchen and back kitchen well equipped for the preparation of meals. - A small independent living room with TV and piano at disposal. - A large bedroom for 2 persons (2 beds 90x200 cm or 1 bed 180x200 cm) with private shower room and WC, on the same level, fully equipped for PRM and wheelchair. - Access to the gardens in front and behind the house. * On the 1st floor : - A bedroom for 3 persons (1 bed 90x190 cm and 2 beds 80x190 cm). - A bedroom for 2 persons with sea view (1 bed 140x190 cm) with desk and sofa bed.
