Discover this charming family terraced house of about 85m² in the town of Dole, also called the Little Venice of the Jura, classified City of Art and History. You will appreciate its large enclosed garden including a barbecue, garden furniture and a garage available for your vehicle and a closed room to store your bikes.  The entrance is through a bright veranda that gives access to the living room and the equipped kitchen (Classic oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, fridge freezer, etc ...). In the living room, a wardrobe (consisting of board games and books) and a TV are at your disposal.  In the accommodation, two bathrooms: a shower with toilet on the ground floor and a bathroom with toilet on the first floor. Hairdryer available. Two independent bedrooms (1 bed of 160 in the first, 1 bed of 130 in the second.) Towels and kitchen included. Beds made for your arrival. The cleaning will be done by us but thank you for leaving the kitchen and its household appliances, as well as the sanitary facilities, clean. There is no wifi in the house.
