Stay in this country house with large garden in Martinet, located about twenty minutes from La Roche sur Yon and the first beaches (Sables d'Olonne, Brétignolles-sur-Mer and Saint Gilles Croix de Vie). And about an hour from Puy du Fou, Noirmoutier, Ile d'Yeu, La Rochelle, Nantes, etc. Many activities (hiking - beaches - amusement parks - tree climbing, visits, aquariums, zoo, etc.). House located 6 minutes by car from the first shops (bakery, pharmacy, mini-market with butcher's and delicatessen, etc... in Beaulieu sous la Roche) and 10 minutes from supermarkets (La Mothe Achard and Aizenay). This holiday home comprises a kitchen opening onto a living room, a sitting room with wood-burning stove, a second sitting room or additional sleeping area on the mezzanine, 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, a separate toilet, a storeroom and a garage. Outside, enjoy the garden (not enclosed), relaxation and dining areas, a lounge area, an above-ground swimming pool (only from June to September) and an unenclosed play area (slide and tree house). Use of the hut and swimming pool is forbidden to minors without parental supervision. Pets are not allowed.
