Description
Spacious, bright house, tastefully furnished and decorated, ideally located close to beaches, hiking trails (GR34) and shops (5 minutes' walk). Numerous tourist sites nearby: the small town of Roscoff with its harbour and pier for Batz Island, Saint Pol de Léon, Plouescat, the old fishing village of Ménéham, the Kerfissien market in Cléder... One-storey house for 6/8 people: Layout: Fitted kitchen (dishwasher, combined freezer, oven and microwave...) lounge, 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed (160cm) and 1 bedroom with 1 bunk bed (2x90cm), 1 single bed (90cm) and 1 extra single bed (90cm), 1 shower room, 1 separate WC; Facilities and services: Pellet stove (1 bag provided for the stay), TV, WiFi connection, laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Bed linen and towels provided. Outside: Large terrace with garden furniture, barbecue, private garden and parking, garden shed for bikes. We accept well-behaved, clean animals. Just let us know. Low season rate for 3 nights minimum (Jan-May - Oct-Dec excluding school holidays Toussaint/Christmas/Easter): 110€/night (-30% per week or 77€/night) Mid-season rate for 3 nights minimum (school holidays Toussaint/Christmas/Easter + June + Sept) 150 €/night (-30% weekdays or 105€/night) High season rate for 7 nights minimum (July/August) 220€/night (Check rates by entering your dates of stay on the schedule) Additional charges : Cleaning charge (optional): €70 Visitor's tax (compulsory): to be paid on arrival (for direct bookings)
