It is surrounded by a 1200 m² enclosed garden and a south-facing terrace where you can enjoy the different colours of the sky and sea as the day goes by. The house is ideally located just 3 minutes from the Menhir and Gorre beaches. Plozévet is the ideal starting point for numerous visits between the Bigouden region (Penmarc'h and the Eckmühl lighthouse, the fishing port of Guilvinec, the Pointe de la Torche) and Cap Sizun (Pointe du raz...). Detached house for 6 people : Ground floor: fitted kitchen (fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave), living room, utility room, separate WC. First floor: 2 bedrooms with 2 x 160cm beds, 1 of which has a balcony with a sea view, 1 bedroom with 2 x 90cm beds, 1 shower room, 1 bathroom and 1 separate WC. Facilities and services: TV, stereo, WIFI Internet, washing machine, bed linen provided, beds made on arrival, baby equipment on request. Table football and board games Outside: 1200 m² private enclosed garden, sea-view terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue, plancha, bicycle garage, private car park.
