Separate adjoining kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals. NIGHT AREA Upstairs, you’ll find two spacious bedrooms with storage. Bedroom for 2 people (bed 140 x 190 cm) with garden view, Bedroom for 2 people (2 beds 90 x 190 cm) BATHROOMS Shower room on the ground floor Separate WC on the ground floor OUTDOOR AREA Lovely shared landscaped garden, stretching lengthwise and facing south. In fine weather, you’ll find garden furniture and an electric grill for outdoor meals, as well as deckchairs to relax. Private parking in front of the house for 2 cars. EXTRAS Tourist tax (mandatory): €1.35 / adult / night (3-star rated furnished accommodation) Bed linen and towels (optional, see surcharge): the linen kit includes bed linen plus 1 large and 1 small towel per person. Electricity consumption: An average daily allowance of 12 KWh is included in the rental price. From October 1st to May 31st, if your consumption exceeds this allowance, the excess will be billed at the actual rate of €0.11 / KWh. A meter reading will be taken upon arrival and again at departure. Any additional cost will be settled upon checkout. What you should know about Les Phares du Haut Bout: A security deposit of €400 (by pre-authorization or check) will be requested one week before arrival. The house is semi-detached on both sides. The garden is shared and only separated by a wire fence. Shops (village center and supermarket) are about 3 km away. Restaurants in Port-Mer are a 5-minute walk.
