Hello and welcome to PASSY in the land of Mont Blanc. For an exotic, relaxing and fun holiday; come and stay  in Passy in Haute-Savoie. Winter, the ski, toboggan runs and raclettes are fast approaching. You will be welcome in our  gite "L'hysope " which is located at the bottom of our main residence. For a stay in winter sports, hiking in summer, hiking a spa treatment or simply to recharge your batteries. The apartment of 75 m 2 is  restored with taste, very well equipped for 6 people, it is designed to ensure you a pleasant stay. The flat is located in a dead end street, with terrace,  2 parking spaces, and an independent entrance, close to the life of the village, bakery, restaurant and tobacconist's office,as well as the possibility to recharge electric vehicles 2 minutes walk. You are 13 km from the beautiful family resort of Plaine-Joux, and its green lake. Other activities await you, via ferrata, windsurfing, fishing, swimming. But also the thermal baths  from Saint-Gervais, Chamonix, Combloux, Megève, andt the typical gastronomy. And for runners, there are paths directly  from the house. It is with pleasure that we will advise you on your outings according to your interests. This year several new features await you, the new transport the Valléen, a direct link between the Fayet station and the center of Saint-Gervais Mont-Blanc in just 5 minutes. It will drop you off directly at the departure of the gondolas. At the Paine Joux resort, the new chairlift will drop you off at the top of the slopes.  Two parking spaces are at your disposal in front of the house. The large living room opens onto the balcony and an equipped terrace. A fully fitted kitchen, opening onto the living room with sofa, television,Wi-Fi  three spacious bedrooms: 1) a bed with 2 mattresses of 80 cm by 200 cm 2) 1 bed of 160 cm by 200 cm 3) 2 beds of 90 cm by 200 cm All of our bedding and linens are brand new to ensure your comfort. Bathroom: a large Italian shower, sink and its storage unit, a towel dryer,hair dryer Toilet, laundry room with washing machine. In addition,we made available: set for cheese raclette or cheese fondue. Household products are at your disposal. We would be deeply grateful if you leave the cottage in the state of cleanliness where you found it. Cleaning option: 80€. The cottage is a non-smoking area.
