In the heart of the Emerald Coast, close to Dinard, the flat is ideally located: a stone's throw from the shops, 150 metres from the sea and the GR 34, 500 metres from the sailing school and the Château du Nessay, 900 metres from the Dinard golf course overlooking the sea.
