Situated in the heart of the Monts d'Arrée, in very green surroundings, it's ideal for visiting the whole of Finistère! Don't forget to visit the Lac du Drennec for swimming and water sports. The Monts d'Arrée, a land of legends, also offers some great walks and cycle rides. Discover the region's parish enclosures and historic monuments... Come and recharge your batteries in our quiet, elegant house, tastefully renovated by us using noble, natural materials (wood, stone and a mixture of lime and hemp). Semi-detached house for 5 people: Ground floor: fitted kitchen (combined freezer, dishwasher, oven and microwave...) living room. Shower room with WC. First floor: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (160cm), 1 mezzanine alcove with 1 single bed (90cm) and 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm) and connecting WC. Facilities and services: TV, wood-burning stove with wood provided, WIFI internet with 4G box, washing machine, bed linen and towels provided, beds made on arrival, cot and high chair. Outside: Private garden and parking, large covered terrace with garden furniture, barbecue, deckchairs, table tennis, children's playhouse, slide, table football. Pets: 1 small pet accepted Weekly rates (minimum 7 nights) 588 € (84 €/night) : 15 July to 26 August Short-stay rates (minimum 2 nights) 70 €/night : 8 to 15 July 65 €/night : March to June - September to October (Check rates by entering your dates of stay on the schedule) Additional charges Cleaning charge (optional): €50 Visitor's tax (compulsory): 1 € /adult/day
