Description

L'Odyle is a carefully restored stone village house near Cherbourg (15km), the GR223 hiking trail and 1km from the sea. A true haven of peace, the house offers a cosy interior and a 500m² garden with summer kitchen, terrace and garden furniture. A market takes place every Sunday in season. There is a bakery and a restaurant in the village. The other shops are in St PIerre Church, 5 km away On the first floor: a dining room with decorative fireplace, an open kitchen (gas stove, dishwasher. . . ), a scullery (fridge/freezer, washing machine/dryer), a living room (TV and 2 sofas), a bedroom (bed 160), a shower room (large shower) and independent toilets. on the second floor : 2 bedrooms with 160 beds (separable in 2 X 80), a bathroom with shower and dressing room, independent toilets. Outside: a large terrace with garden furniture and - summer kitchen (Weber barbecue), a garden of about 500 m2 and a courtyard dedicated to the parking of vehicles. For your comfort, bed linen and towels are provided. Beds are made up on arrival. Bicycles and paddleboards available on request. Baby equipment (cot and high chair) on request Internet at disposal (high speed fiber internet box).

I've lived in the Cotentin region for over 10 years now and I'm very attached to it. Sceptical at first, I discovered the beauty of the region and the splendid landscapes of the Val de Saire and La Hague. Although little-known, the region offers great opportunities for discovery in complete tranquillity, whether you're a walker, a tourist, a cycle tourist, a sportsman or not. The GR223 and our beautiful, almost deserted beaches can be reached from the house, even in summer! Don't hesitate to contact me if you have any questions.
