Hire Between Pornic and St Nazaire, between the village of St Michel Chef and the beach. Numerous activities: walking, cycling, skate park in the village, fishing on foot, at sea, close to Nantes, Noirmoutier, St Jean de mont, Guérande, La Baule This holiday home is ideal for families and friends on a seaside holiday. The house comprises a bright living room and a fully equipped kitchen. The sleeping area comprises 3 bedrooms: one with a 160*200 bed, a second with a 140*190 bed and a third with a 160*200 bed and a 140*190 mezzanine bed. A garden completes the accommodation. Garden furniture available. Vehicles can be parked in front of the house (private) and bicycles can be safely stored in the enclosed grounds. Deposit 800 euros Sheets and household linen provided on request 100 euros per rental Cleaning to be done at the end of your stay, or by us 80 euros Tourist tax payable by you in addition Rates 2025 low season 750 euros, mid season 850 euros, high season 1050 euros degressive rates after 2 consecutive weeks
