For a quiet stay, come and discover this Clévacances-certified gîte in Etables sur Mer between Saint Quay Portrieux and Pordic.This individual house of character, of approximately 70 m² has been completely renovated for a comfortable stay in all quality and in a cocoon atmosphere. The rental consists of a spacious veranda for "early risers" breakfasts or long evenings. On the ground floor, a tastefully decorated living room opening onto a spacious and well-equipped open kitchen. Set back from this part and at the end of a small corridor, a pleasant bedroom with its 160x200 bed and a bathroom. Upstairs, a landing serving two independent bedrooms and a second bathroom. The center of the resort as well as these shops is less than three kilometers away as well as very beautiful beaches. Towels and sheets provided.On request BB kit.
