Description

In the heart of the Cathar Pyrenees, on the route des châteaux, 15 minutes from Montségur or the small medieval town of Mirepoix, the Domaine du Hameau Baylesse welcomes you to its Petit Gîte du Domaine. From the driveway at the entrance to the estate, you enter this self-contained gîte via the living room (with wood-burning stove), then through a pretty, fully-equipped kitchen to the first floor, with its three bedrooms and bathroom. From the largest bedroom, the view plunges down to the countryside and neighbouring peaks. The kitchen also leads to a large private courtyard and a wonderful covered and shaded terrace dedicated to this accommodation; this space overlooking the meadow will provide a special setting for your summer meals. On site, you can take advantage of the park and gardens, the various terraces, the games room (table tennis, table football) and, in fine weather, the swimming pool.
