Dear guests, We rent our jolia flat in Le Crouesty (ARZON 56640), located on the ground floor, overlooking a large communal lawn of over one hectare. The flat is 30 metres from the boats, in the privileged area of the harbour exit to the sea. A change of scenery guaranteed! This flat is ideal for people with reduced mobility! (see: everything is on one level). Children can play on the lawn while being supervised by their parents. The port of Crouesty is located at the entrance to the Gulf of Morbihan on the Rhuys peninsula, in the quietest and prettiest part of ARZON. The peninsula offers many water sports activities close to the flat: - The residence's swimming pool is 20 metres from the flat. The swimming pool is open from 19 June 2024 to 16 September 2024. Opening hours are from 10 am to 6 pm. - The large south-facing Fogeo beach is a 5-minute walk away. Access via a charming footpath, - Sailing school, 300 metres away, - Scuba diving school, 150 metres away on foot, - Jetski and boat hire 1 minute walk away, - Thalassotherapy 4 minutes' walk away, - Private youth clubs (nearest 200 metres away), - Numerous restaurants, bars and shops within 3 minutes' walk, - Cinema 1 km away in Port Navalo, - Day cruises to the Iles du Ponant etc... The Rhuys peninsula also offers marvellous cycling on lovely cycle paths laid out all over the peninsula (230 km of cycle paths in the countryside or along the coastline, absolutely charming). There are also many picturesque family beaches all around the Gulf of Morbihan. The flat is ideally located: South/West facing, the 30 square metre flat on the lawn was completely refurbished in 2022. It sleeps 4 people. The bay window opens onto the boats, allowing children to play on the large communal area. The evenings are very pleasant, with the sun setting over an aperitif that can be enjoyed in front of the boats, just 30 metres from the flat. The atmosphere is calm and homely. Parking is available in the residence. You can park your car just 10 metres from the flat, making it easy to unload shopping and luggage! Say goodbye to the hassle of having your car parked forever and the stairs to climb with heavy loads! It's also possible to leave the car behind for the duration of your stay. Minimum rental period : - 7 days, - from Saturday to Saturday. Check-in and check-out times : - Arrival at 3 p.m. on Saturday. - Departure before 11 a.m. on the following Saturday.
