The advantages of the accommodation
Description
Pretty little holiday home, ideal for 2 to 4 people, in a sought-after, typical and quiet area of Les Sables d'Olonne, a stone's throw from the main beach and embankment (200m), the town centre and entertainment. The house is located in a recess overlooking Place Georges Simenon, providing easy access for unloading suitcases before putting the car in the garage. The railway station is nearby, making it easy to get here. Sheltered by a canopy, you can relax on the south-facing terrace, where children can play. Nearby, there's a bakery and a tobacconist's shop... in short, an ideal location for doing everything on foot or by bike! Stroll along the ocean on the embankment, in the Ile Penotte district, in the pedestrianised streets for window-shopping, discover the fishing ports, the yachting harbours, visit the many attractive sites such as the zoo, the destinations vary according to your desires. A visit to the Parc du Puy du Fou, meanwhile, will require at least a day on site (just 100 km by motorway). The rental comprises a living room, an open-plan kitchen, a bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm), a second bedroom with 2 bunk beds (90cm), a shower room and a separate toilet. You can park your car or store your beach equipment and bicycles in the private garage next to the accommodation.
