Discover this holiday home located in a quiet cul-de-sac in Saint Hilaire de Riez. The rental, which sleeps 6, has a living room with an open-plan kitchen, a shower room with a large walk-in shower, a bedroom with a double bed (140cm), a bedroom with two single beds (90cm), a bedroom with a double bed (160cm) and a separate toilet. New bedding. The living room opens onto a pleasant terrace sheltered by a pergola, and onto the enclosed garden. Deckchairs are available for relaxing. There is also another small terrace under a courtyard adjoining the garage/storage area. No need to worry about parking, your car will be safe in the grounds, which are enclosed by a gate. Babies welcome on request. Wifi/fibre/Orange TV Bed linen option with beds made up on arrival: 15€/bed and towels 5€/person. End-of-stay cleaning option: 65€. Additional heating required from October to May, depending on electricity consumption. We do not accept pets.
