The 1st house (84 m²) is comfortable and comprises a separate living room on the ground floor overlooking a quiet, accessible street. On the other side, the kitchen is bright and functional. It opens onto a breakfast area and an enclosed courtyard, out of sight. Upstairs, the 3 bedrooms share a shower room. The second 39 m² house is located at the end of the courtyard, with an unheated laundry room on the ground floor with washing machine, tumble dryer, summer shower and toilet. The first floor is only accessible from the outside and comprises 2 interconnecting bedrooms and a shower room with toilet. The passage to the side provides access to the courtyard by bike.
