Description

The house consists of : * 7 bedrooms (6 bedrooms with 2 beds 80 x 200 that can be made into 160 x 200 and 1 bedroom with a bed 140) * 6 shower rooms and toilets * A 30 m² kitchen equipped with a cooker plus a utility room with a second sink and all appliances, * A large 80 m² reception room (dining and living room) with fireplace, and a small relaxation/TV room for the children. A bedroom and bathroom are located on the ground floor of the house (yellow bedroom). A second bedroom is only accessible from the garden (blue bedroom). All the other bedrooms are upstairs. A large garden planted with trees and featuring a swimming pool (100 m2), a boules pitch, outdoor barbecues and 2 shaded terraces will enable you to make the most of the outdoors.

Visit medieval villages: St Montan, Naves, Montréal, Labeaume, Balazuc, Vogue en Ardèche. La Garde Adhémar, The castles of the Drome: Grignan, Suze la Rousse, Les Adhémar Vaison la Romaine, Orange and its ancient theatre, Avignon, Le Pont du Gard, Uzès The Chartreuse de Valbonne in the Gard. More sporting activities : canoeing down the Ardèche, hiking, mountain biking, caving horse riding, etc. Or discoveries : Visit to the Chauvet 2 cave, a replica of the Chauvet cave in Vallon Pont d'Arc Visit the Aven d'Orgnac: www.orgnac.com [http://www.orgnac.com] Visit the Crocodile Farm in Pierrelatte.
