Two beds in the living room (Futon - TV - hi-fi), a large independent bedroom with a bed of 160 , a semi-independent kitchen equipped with dining area (4 gas burners, fridge with freezer, microwave, oven-grill . . . . ), a bathroom with toilet are at your disposal. 2 car parks are in the immediate vicinity for parking. RATES 2024 PER WEEK : LOW SEASON : 350 €uros - AVERAGE SEASON : 400 €uros - HIGH SEASON : 450 €uros - VERY HIGH SEASON : 500 €uros - +Fee of application 50 €/contract, and tourist tax.
