In an old building, studio-loft spirit with a large volume on the 1st floor of a renovated building with its exterior. Independent entrance, on the ground floor with a shower room and WC. Then a staircase brings you to the 1st floor with a large room of 30m2, bright, with a mezzanine for sleeping 140 cm, a sofa bed in the room. Kitchen area, living room, dining area.... Ploubalay is a small town ideally located between St Jacut de la Mer and its 20 beaches... and Lancieux. All shops nearby. If you like the countryside by the sea, then welcome!
