Description
Discover the authentic village of l'Epine on the island of Noirmoutier. Our holiday home is ideally situated at the end of a cul-de-sac, just 50m from the family beach. The house was built in 2023 with all modern comforts, and is classified as a 3-star furnished holiday home. You can park your car in the garden (but there is no power supply for an electric car) and there are charging points in the commune. It comprises a living room with a sitting area and pellet stove, and a kitchen area with dining area and all the necessary equipment (fridge-freezer, electric hob, oven and microwave, dishwasher, etc.). A lounge with a 3-seater sofa, 1 armchair, TV and wifi access. A bedroom with a 140x190cm bed and dressing area One bedroom with two single beds (90x190) and dressing room Shower room with wc and walk-in shower You'll love the house's surroundings: the garden with terrace not overlooked and garden furniture, parasol, chiliennes and barbecue. Board games and beach games are also available. We haven't forgotten the little ones, with baby equipment (high chair, cot) at your disposal.
