Le Domaine de Stellac: group gîte in the heart of nature in the Lot & Garonne : Our property is a friendly place ideal for family holidays. Easily accessible from Agen or Marmande, the gîte is located in the countryside and can accommodate up to 12 people. You will fully enjoy two magnificent independent spaces: The country house of 100m² composed of 4 large bedrooms with shower room and independent toilet in each of them. The superb renovated barn of 130m² composed of a fully equipped kitchen and a large living/dining room. A bedroom with shower room adjoins the great room. Outside, the covered terrace is ideal for enjoying the barbecue. The secure in-ground pool (safety alarm) and wooden decking face the sunset, with 180° views over the valley. Combine the tranquillity of the countryside with the proximity of shops and leisure facilities: The gîte is located just 7 minutes from the village of Castelmoron sur Lot. You will have easy access to all amenities (shops, pharmacy, bakery...), the beach of Castelmoron with a swimming area, boat rental, pedal boat, fishing area. The equestrian centre Tequi Passion, 100m² from the property, welcomes children for a pony ride in the surroundings!
