You will be made very welcome in this charming, cosy house on the spectacular Pink Granite Coast. Just 5 minutes from the sea, come and enjoy a stay with family or friends in this large detached house of 110 m² for 4/6 people, with its very pleasant decoration in keeping with the times. On the ground floor, you enter through a beautiful, spacious entrance hall leading on one side to a large living room with sitting area (with television) and on the other to an independent living or dining area and its own kitchen (with everything you need, including a coffee maker, microwave, combined freezer, dishwasher, electric griddle, etc.). Upstairs, you'll find three separate bedrooms (one of which is quite small, with a comfortable extra sofa bed !). The other two bedrooms have 2 single beds (90cmx200) and one has a single bed (160x200). The rooms are pleasant and spacious. You will sleep comfortably in Tempur bedding. Outside, enjoy the garden and terrace, with garden furniture and barbecue. Behind the house, there is a small laundry room with a "back from the beach" shower.
