The house can comfortably accommodate 8 people thanks to its 4 bedrooms, its large living rooms, its fully equipped kitchen, its enclosed garden and its parking. It is located in a quiet subdivision, 800m from the shops (Super U, Soap factory, Bakery, Fishmonger, etc.) and 2 minutes by car from the centre of Cancale.
