Description

At the gateway to Suisse Normande, "la ferme du Louvre", a character gîte in a 17th century farmhouse, welcomes you to a comfortable, modern space that has retained its character. On the ground floor you will find the living area, comprising a dining room with open-plan fitted kitchen, a large lounge and a shower room with shower and toilet. All this space is bordered by a wooden terrace and an enclosed garden that is not overlooked. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms with a double bed (140x200) and one with two single beds (90x190), plus a second bathroom with shower and toilet. Location of gîte: Caen 20 minutes - Beach 30 minutes - D-Day landing beaches (Arromanche) 45 minutes - Mont Saint Michel 1h20 - Honfleur 1h Activities nearby: hiking, mountain biking, rail biking, greenway, forest, canoeing, via ferrata, accrobranche, horse riding, amusement parks, guinguettes, museums, heritage, zoo... All shops within 5 minutes' drive. High chair, baby bath and cot available. Facilities: 2-seater sofa bed, barbecue, garden furniture, parasol, table tennis available. My wife and I are retired. We live in an old farmhouse where we have set up a gîte to welcome you. The total surface area of our green spaces is 7500m2. We keep a few chickens and our two ewes graze the land. We will be there for you during your stay, so we can meet all your needs.
